 SEASONS POLICIES

Rates are per room, single or double occupancy

Minimum stays may be required during holidays and special events

Check-in after 3:00 pm. (arrangements must be made in advance for late check-in)

Check-out time is 11:00 am. (car must be taken with you at check-out)

A deposit of 50% of the total is due within 7 days of booking in order to hold your reservation. Deposits are payable by check, travelers check, Mastercard or Visa.

Balance due on arrival. No personal checks accepted for final payment.

Rates are subject to state and local room taxes and may change without notice.

Cancellations made more than 21 days prior to arrival date will be refunded in full, less a 10% service charge.

Deposits on rooms canceled 21 days or less of the arrival date will be refunded only if room(s) are relet for the entire period of the booking, less 10% service charge.

There is no refund for early departures.

Quiet time at the Inn observed between the hours of 11:00 pm and 8:00 am.

Guests are responsible for any damages or losses
