- Rates are per room, single or double occupancy
- Minimum stays may be required during holidays and special events
- Check-in after 3:00 pm. (arrangements must be made in advance for late check-in)
- Check-out time is 11:00 am. (car must be taken with you at check-out)
- A deposit of 50% of the total is due within 7 days of booking in order to hold your reservation. Deposits are payable by check, travelers check, Discover, Mastercard or Visa.
- Balance due on arrival. No personal checks accepted for final payment.
- Rates are subject to state and local room taxes and may change without notice.
- Cancellations made more than 21 days prior to arrival date will be refunded in full, less a 10% service charge.
- Deposits on rooms canceled 21 days or less of the arrival date will be refunded only if room(s) are relet for the entire period of the booking, less 10% service charge.
- There is no refund for early departures.
- Quiet time at the Inn observed between the hours of 11:00 pm and 8:00 am.
- Guests are responsible for any damages or losses

- Sorry, we are unable to accommodate pets, although there is a house cat (Buddy) on premises.
